Privacy Policy
Last updated June 2026. This policy describes how Tixvera handles data you upload for invoice and ticket reconciliation.
What we collect
Account information (name, email, company), uploaded business documents (invoices, haul tickets, rate sheets), and usage data needed to run audits and improve the product.
How we use your data
Your uploads are used only to perform reconciliation, generate audit results, and provide exports you request. We do not sell vendor pricing or invoice data. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
Data retention
Active workspace data is retained while your account is active. Free-audit uploads are retained for 30 days after your last activity unless you delete them sooner. You may request full deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can delete uploaded files from Settings, export your data via CSV reports, and request workspace deletion by emailing us. We will confirm deletion within a reasonable timeframe.
