Tixvera provides invoice, haul ticket, and rate sheet reconciliation for material-heavy contractors. The service flags potential discrepancies for review — it is not legal, accounting, or financial advice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying flagged issues before disputing vendors or withholding payment. You must have the right to upload the documents you submit. Do not upload data you are not authorized to share.
No guaranteed savings
Money-at-risk figures represent potential discrepancies identified by automated checks. Actual recovery depends on your review, vendor response, and contract terms. Savings are not guaranteed.
Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Founding customer pricing applies during early onboarding. You may cancel according to your plan terms.
Limitation of liability
Tixvera is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for payment decisions you make based on audit results.
